About Us
We are a team of researchers and industry specialists determined to revolutionize the production process of ultrafine titanium powder used for additive manufacturing. We have created a plasma reactor based on more than 30 years of research in the field of powder metallurgy.
Our process will not only provide the possibility to design the powder according to customer requirements with regards both to grain size and chemical composition, but it will also decrease the cost of finnished products significantly.
The research phase is finnished and we are presently producing the components. Powder production start is set for December 2022.

In both cases we offer to monitor the process with IoT technology to ensure timely maintenance and zero disruptions.
Titanium powder
Ultrafine titanium powder with superior powder properties regarding particle density and flowability (smooth and spherical particles). These features guarantee a stable production process of deposited parts with a low amount of pores.
